Our vacation homes are located in the Nockberge mountains amid marvelous countryside, where you’ll discover them in the world-famous summer and winter sports resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim in a truly peaceful and sunny setting.

Strap on your skis directly in front of your doorstep to get to the Maibrunnenlift (200m) – this ski lift will get you to every ski slope in the Bad Kleinkirchheim skiing area (up to 2000m).

Our vacation homes are located in the city center – 400 m to the thermal bath St. Kathrein, 100m to the „Bachübungslift“ (Ski lift for beginners) and 200m to the Maibrunnenlift.

The neighboring premise includes a ski school and a ski lift for kids, and additionally a ski- and snowboard school.
